New Features

Microsoft Proration!

Partners can now choose to track daily changes and approve all pro-rated changes at once. The Proration option becomes available during the approval process, where you can set your chosen effective date.

Additionally, you can set a default effective date for MS in your billing settings.

 

MSPStudio+ Enhancements!

AI Powered Image generation is now fully available with MSPStudio+! You can set some brand layout and graphic defaults and create new content with just a few clicks!

The Brand Preview and validation steps allow you to check your content before going live, and the graphical editing interface allows you to make non-destructive edits to your content throughout. Create all new items or select from our pre-generated content templates!

 

 

Integrations

New Integration

Cyrisma is now available to integrate! This adds another powerful security tool to those available to reconcile in Gradient.

Bugs Squashed

This release saw a handful of fixes for some bugs impacting our partners:

  • We addressed an issue with the Update View button freezing in rare situations
  • Fixed a few errors that could pop up with the initial sync of new partners who had ConnectWise Manage
  • Corrected an error that could cause billing items not to load after adding new tags
  • Fixed an edge case that could cause DNSFilter Roaming Client counts not to import properly
  • Fixed the Google SSO login redirecting to the wrong address for MSPStudio+
  • Changed handling of certain Liongard services to better validate metrics
  • Addressed a behavior on the dashboard that caused filters to drop when adding new tags
  • Fixed the failure of billing cost/price to show on the dashboard for some services
  • Fixed a small issue with the Custom Integration "Configure" button sometimes not working
  • Addressed a problem in MSPStudio+ that sometimes prevented socials account connection
  • Corrected an MSPStudio+ issue with accessing assets
  • Fixed contact account details sometimes not saving in MSPStudio+
  • Addressed an error with tenant-less GDAP handling with the MS integration
  • Fixed a rare case where Pax8 could cause the mapping to lock up in the MS integration
