Sign-in Page Adjustments

We are making some small adjustments to our Sign-in pages for both Gradient and MSPStudio+, to make things a little clearer for folks looking to sign in to existing an existing account, versus those looking to create a new account. 

Monthly PSA Syncs

Going forward, the option to turn off all PSA syncs will be removed from the Data Settings page. Partners will still have full control over when their PSA syncs take place, however they won't be able to fully disable PSA syncing, and at least one PSA sync will be mandatory per month, in order to ensure data integrity. Partners can choose the date, just as before, and the option to enable or disable weekly PSA syncs will still be present.

Bugs Squashed

This release saw a handful of fixes for some bugs impacting our partners:

• Corrected an issue with the Intermedia V2 integration and its handling of account name data when it came to mappable objects
• Addressed confusion around som products that appeared to be missing from the Datto BCDR sync
• Fixed a small problem with a handful of Ingram services not populating to the Microsoft module
• Fixed an issue with the Microsoft module pulling cost/price data from the product catalog
• Fixed an error in the Addigy integration that could cause an authentication error
• Addressed an false-positive on authentication when setting up the SonicWall integration
• Made some backend changes to address a possible roadblock for partners creating custom integrations
