Advanced Configurations Menu

The Advanced Configurations menu is your one-stop-shop for all of your integrations mapping needs.

Mapping Accounts and Services can be done from the individual integrations configuration menu's, but if you want to see all your mappings across your whole Gradient account in one place, the Advanced Configurations menu is the place to do it.

The Basics

 

The Advanced Configurations menu is reachable by selecting Data Sources from the left hand navigation bar, then selecting Advanced Configurations.

The first page you will see here is your Accounts Advanced Configurations page. Here, we list every account that we have synced over from one of your vendors. The columns are ordered as such:

  1. You'll see the Integration that that Account is from in the left most column
  2. The account name in that Vendor in the second column
  3. That accounts mapping status in the third column
  4. Which PSA account the Vendor account is mapped to in the fourth column
  5. And finally a toggle for if you would like us to show you New Revenue cards in the fifth column

In the Advanced Configurations page, you can change the mapping for any Account or Service from any integration, just by selecting the drop downs available in the Vendor and PSA columns. 

Additionally, you have a visual indicator of all your account and service lines in the Status column, which will let you know if an account or service is mapped or not, and additionally gives you the option of setting an item to be Excluded, which will remove it from your dashboard. 


Accounts

 

The Accounts page in the Advanced Configurations menu shows all Accounts that we have synced in from all of your integrated Vendors.

If you select the search bar at the top of any column, you can search for or filter by a given Integration, Account, or Service from your Vendor or PSA.

Additionally, you can use the pin icon next to the PSA Account/Services drop down box in order to automatically find a name in your PSA that matches the Vendor Account or Service, or you can manually search for the correct item by typing in the search bar inside the dropdown itself.

Services

 

The Services page in the Advanced Configurations menu shows all Services that we have synced in from across all your integrated Vendors.

It works exactly like the Accounts page, with the exception that in the Services page we will display multi-mapped services. For a full list of all PSA services that may be mapped to a Vendor service, simply select the drop down with the PSA services in it.

Note that for any Services that are multi-mapped, the Detect New Revenue toggle will automatically be disabled, as New Revenue cards for multi-mapped services are currently not supported in Gradient.


Bulk Action

 

On either the Accounts or Services pages, you can bulk select lines that you would like to make a given change to by checking the box on the far left side of the screen beside a given line, and then selecting the highlighted pink box at the upper right of the page.

From this you can bulk select many Accounts or Services to:

  • Remove Mapping: Clear the current mapping for all selected Accounts or Services
  • Include: Make all selected Accounts or Services available to map
  • Exclude: Make all selected Accounts or Services unavailable to map
