August 30th - Release:

Bugs Squashed:

• • New Revenue cards should always be first in the displayed list. This was corrected. 

  • Logging into accounts that had a + in the email address caused some duplicate odd login behaviour.

  • For a short time, partners connecting their first integration were promoted to sign up to pro.
  • The connected Integrations count is now accurate. 

August 23rd - Release:

Features Released:

• • Gradient now integrates with Inky!  Join the Webinar on August 31st.

Bugs Squashed:

• • Halo PSA API connection received an update to require the edit:items scope and the edit:stock scope

  • Business email sign-in was experiencing a case-sensitive issue – this has been corrected.

  • Our Liongard integration received several enhancements. Some new revenue cards were displayed for existing accounts. Some new metric quantities did not pull into the billing module and some Accelo users had issues connecting. 

  • Vendor tags received an update in all dropdowns on the site. The filter by vendor was not displaying correctly. Vendor sync now buttons were showing on the Gradient platform in error.  

  • CSV importing had reports of filter and sorting options not displaying property within Billable. Special Characters in searching or mapping would cause an error. Updating a CSV and reimporting did not update values every time. CSV uploads would disappear after a Vendor integration sync. 

  • ConnectWise Manage –Partners experienced additions appearing in the billing module of some cancelled additions.  

  • Autotask sync was failing for some partners due to the volume of data. Limits have been adjusted.

  • When updating a quantity via the Billing module the effective date selection option was not displaying.

  • We pushed a small hotfix for mapping issues

August 8th - Release: 

Bugs Squashed:

• • Improvements to the Liongard mapping: some users experienced 500 errors when editing mapping. 

  • Updated the initial PSA sync flow to add a missing continue button. Users temporarily had to use the email notification to progress.

  • Some users reported that the Linogard integration was not pulling in all data from metrics; this has been corrected.

  • CSV importing received an update as some users were experiencing 500 errors when completing an upload.  

• • Updated the Mailprotector logic after some reports of quantities not importing.
