Breach Secure Now

A step-by-step guide to getting started with the Breach Secure Now Alerts Integration with Gradient MSP.

    Connect the Integration

    Note: Once your setup is complete, it could take up to 24 hours for the information to be sent automatically.  

    1. Select the Breach Secure Now integration card, and click Connect.
    2. Select the Alerts option and press Continue. 
    3. Copy the Gradient API Token. Note that each integration is assigned a unique Gradient API Token. Save this key in a secure location. It will only be available once.
    4. Click Open Portal.
    5. This will open a new tab on the Breach Secure Now site.
    6. Login to Breach Secure Now
    7. Navigate to Partner Profile -> TMS Configuration
    8. Turn on the Enable TMS System toggle
    9. Choose Gradient from the Select TMS Integration dropdown
    10. Scroll down and insert the Synthesize API Key from Step 3 and click Connect

    11. Confirm by clicking "Yes, Sent to Gradient."

    12. Scrolling down the page, Enable each Service Name you want to receive alerts for and press save.

    13. Return to Gradient and press Check Permissions
    14. Select your PSA Board from the dropdown and press Next.

     Map Accounts and Services

     

    1. We have auto-mapped any accounts that are exact matches. The remaining can be searched by pressing the filter button or typing in the search bar. 
    2. Review and Press Finish


     Receive Alerts 

     

    1. You will be returned to the Gradient platform as you are now ready to begin receiving alerts from Breach Secure Now!


    Testing Alerts with Breach Secure Now.

    1. Within Breach Secure Now, navigate to Manage Clients
    2. Select a client you mapped on the integration
    3. Click Notification tab
    4. Click TMS
    5. Select a template and click Test Now
    6. Within your PSA confirm that the ticket has been created
