  4. Helpful Tips

Connect the Integration

  1. Login to Reconcile and navigate to the Integrations tab.
  2. Select the CloudRadial Integration card, and click Connect.
  3. Choose what you want to integrate, and select Continue.
  4. Copy the Gradient API Key:

    • Each integration is assigned a unique API Key.
    • Save this key in a secure location—it will only be available once.
  5. Instead of clicking Open Vendor Portal, open a new browser tab, log in to your CloudRadial account, and navigate to Partner > Settings > Integrations.
  6. Select Gradient MSP, paste your API Key and check the box to enable.
  7. Return to Gradient and click Next to complete service and account mapping.

Map Accounts and Services

Note: If you need further details on account and service mapping, click here.

  1. Map Accounts and Services

    • When setting up the integration for the first time, accounts are automatically matched if there's an exact match between your vendor and PSA.
    • For accounts not automatically matched:
      • Use the filter button beside the account names on the right, or
      • Use the search bar on the left to find PSA accounts.
    • Drag and drop the PSA accounts from the left to match them with vendor accounts on the right.
  2. Proceed to Service Mapping

    • Once accounts are mapped, click "Next" to access the Service Mapping step.
    • Align services or products from your PSA, displayed on the left, with the corresponding vendor services or SKUs on the right. For ConnectWise PSA users, search by Product ID.
    • Ensure at least one account and one service mapping is completed to finish the configuration.
    • After mapping the services, click "Next".
  3. Finalize Configuration

    • Review your service configurations and click "Finish" to complete the setup.
    • This will initiate a sync. The "Sync Status" indicator at the top-right will start spinning, showing that a sync is in progress.
    • Once the sync is complete, the "Refresh" button will light up pink, indicating the sync is complete. Click that button to see the vendor usage data populated.
    • Use the filter or sort options to jump to the connected services and start reviewing and approving usage!
Note: During service mapping, you may see services that are not in use; only map the ones you use.
To find the active service SKUs in CloudRadial, go to Partner > Reports > Licenses, locate the relevant license, click the ellipsis, and select Impersonate Admin. Then, click the license name in the list to view the SKU.

Start the Sync

  1. Return to CloudRadial and navigate to Partner > Settings > Integrations
  2. Select Gradient MSP and select Force Sync

Note: The sync may take several minutes to complete, depending on the data volume. After the initial sync, data will sync nightly. Manual sync is not required, except in cases of issues or troubleshooting."

Helpful Tips

  1. The CloudRadial integration syncs your Microsoft data using product names and service plan identifiers, not the friendly names. Follow this link for a guide to these identifiers.
  2. Many-to-one service mappings are supported to accommodate Microsoft NCE commitment terms, allowing multiple services from your PSA to be mapped to a single service in Reconcile.

If there are inconsistencies in your product catalog or you need to reconcile services based on imported quantities, you can use many-to-one service mappings by disabling the 'Hide Mapped' toggle.

  3. CloudRadial syncs counts from the Microsoft 365 Graph API without filtering by direct or indirect reseller.
