Product and Service plan identifiers for Microsoft licensing

The CloudRadial integration syncs in your Microsoft data using the product names and or service plan identifiers, not the friendly name.  Follow this link for a guide to these identifiers.

Many-to-one Service Mapping

Many-to-one service mappings are supported to help accommodate Microsoft NCE commitment terms by mapping multiple services from your PSA to a single service Synthesize.

If you have inconsistencies with your product catalogue or need to reconcile other services from the quantities imported for a particular service, you can use many-to-one service mappings by disabling the Hide Mapped toggle.

Microsoft 365 Graph

CloudRadial syncs counts from Microsoft 365 Graph API and do not filter by direct or indirect reseller.
