      CompTIA ISAO

      A step-by-step guide to getting started with the CompTIA ISAO Alerts Integration.

      For support with this integration, you can contact CompTIA ISAO Support. 

       

      Connect the Integration


      1. Select the CompTIA ISAO integration card and click Connect.
      2. Copy the Gradient API Key. Note that each integration is assigned a unique API Key. Save this key in a secure location. It will only be available once.
      3. This will open a new tab on the CompTIA ISAO site
      4. Login, then Navigate to your profile, settings, and Select Gradient

      5. Paste in the Gradient API key and Press Submit

      Select the board for Alerts


      1. Return to Synthesize, refresh the page and then press Check Permissions
        1. Select your PSA Board from the dropdown, then press Next.

      Map Accounts and Services

      Once your accounts and services are mapped, a pop-up will notify you that the connection has been completed.  

      Ready to receive

      Return to Synthesize, refresh and know your Alerts will flow soon! 


         

      Note: Once your setup is complete, it could take up to 24 hours for the information to be sent automatically.
