  1. Select the Coro integration card, and click Connect.
  2. Select the type of integration you would like to connect, and press continue.
  3. Click Generate API Token
  4. Copy the API Token. Note that each integration is assigned a unique API Key. Save this key in a secure location. It will only be available once.
  5. Click on the Open Vendor Portal to be taken directly to Coro within a new tab to set up the connector.
  6. Select Control Panel from the toolbar.
  7. Under Workspace, select Connectors:
  8. The Connectors page will appear, then select PSA
  9. Select the Connect Via Gradient button, and paste the API keys and press ADD.
  10. The connector will now show connected.
  11. Return to Synthesize and click Next on the integration setup page to proceed to mapping.

Step 2: Map accounts and Services

  1. Map your accounts and services.
  2. The final page will give you a list to review of your mappings after reviewing the press finish.
    1. A modal will pop up, letting you know that you have completed the integration. The first results can populate in a couple of minutes to a few hours.

The UNITS value displayed within the service specifies either the number of protected users or the number of protected devices. This is dependent on how the service is configured within the PSA system.

Data synchronization is initiated once a day. Coro synchronizes billing usage for all enabled modules. MSP administrators receive an email when the synchronization is complete, prompting them to log in.

Disconnecting the Integration

  1. Login to Synthesize and navigate to the Integrations tab.
  2. Filter to Connected Integrations
  3. Select the Coro Integration card, and click Configure.
  4. Press Disconnect and Confirm.

Disconnecting this integration will remove the authentication settings and all account and service mapping. You can reconnect this integration, but you will need to remap your account and services.
