      Datto RMM

      A step-by-step guide to getting started with the Datto RMM Integration with Gradient MSP.

      Connecting the Datto RMM Integration

      1. Generate Vendor API Keys
      2. Connect the integration.
      3. Map Accounts and Services
      4. Reconcile

      Step1: Generate Vendor API Keys

      1. The Datto RMM Integration requires an API user. We require the Client ID, Client Secret, and API URL.  
        1. The API URL will be your environment with API. For Example https://concord-api.centrastage.net
      2. Generate Datto RMM API Keys - Expand Activate the API for instructions
      3. Note the API Keys for Synthesize

      Step 2: Connect the Integration

      1. Select the Datto RMM Integration card and click Connect.
      2. Choose what module you wish to connect to, and press continue.
      3. Enter your vendor details from Step 1 and press authenticate.
      4. Press Next to complete the service and account mapping.

      Step 3: Map Accounts and Services

      1. Map your accounts and services by dragging the card from Synthesize on the left to Datto RMM on the right. When complete, press Next. 
        1. Services can be searched by pressing the filter button or typing in the Synthesize search bar. 
      2. Review and Press Finish

      A pop-up will inform you that the setup is complete and that the syncing of usage can take a few seconds to several minutes.


       Step 4: Reconcile

      1. You are now ready to start reconciling.      
      2. To view only that vendor’s results, you can select the filter option and choose the vendor to display the imported values and reconcile.
