      Enclave Networks

      A step-by-step guide to getting started with the Enclave Networks Integration.

      For support with this integration, contact Enclave Networks here:

      1. Login to Synthesize and navigate to the Integrations tab.
      2. Select the Enclave Networks Integration card, and click Connect.
      3. Copy the Gradient API Key. Note that each integration is assigned a unique API Key. Save this key in a secure location. It will only be available once. 
      4. Click Open Portal.
      5. This will open a new tab on the Enclave Networks site.
      6. Log in to Enclave >  Navigate to settings and paste in your API key. 
        Press Connect with Gradient MSP
      7. Return to Gradient and Press Next to complete the service and account mapping. 
      8. Map your accounts from Synthesize on the left to Enclave on the right 
      9. Map your services 
      10. Review and Press Finish
      11. Return to Enclave Networks > Navigate to Customers and Press Sync Gradient MSP Now 
      12. Return to Gradient and Reconcile!
