Product Feedback Policy

Our approach to product feedback 

Here at Gradient MSP, we take product feedback extremely seriously.  

We believe that listening to our customers, team members, and prospects—by taking their ideas on board and incorporating their voices into the projects we choose to invest in—is a surefire way to build a better product. 

We use your feedback to identify the most important features, ideas, pain points, and opportunities so that you can get more value from our product as efficiently as possible.  

How to give us your product feedback 

Submitting your feedback couldn't be simpler.

Please provide details about your problem or request, describe what you're trying to achieve, and highlight any current workarounds. 

 

What happens to your product feedback 

Support will contact you, letting you know that they have your feedback. They may ask for more details or provide you with an update if it is on our radar. They will then close the support ticket. 

Internally we track all incoming requests and use these to prioritize our future product sprints and overall roadmap.  

Why can't I see the roadmap or feature requests to vote?

At this time, we are handling requests internally.  We are looking to add a request tool in the future. If you have any questions, please reach out to your success manager.
