      How to initiate a full PSA Sync

      You can force a full sync from within your account settings at any time.

      Note: By default, Gradient MSP syncs your data automatically. Click here to learn more.

      To manually force a comprehensive PSA sync, follow these few steps:

      1. Click the Settings icon next to your profile name (top-right).
      2. Click PSA Configuration.
      3. Click Start Full Sync

      Note:  Depending on the volume of data to sync, this can take from a few seconds to several minutes.  When the sync completes, the refresh button will light up.
