Halo PSA Troubleshooting Guide

Contracts are not syncing in
Contracts that started with a contractual end date, but are now month to month may not display in Gradient. This is due to the contractual end date has been depreciated from their API, and thus we are unable to pull those detials. If you remove the contactual end date, and push a full PSA sync those contracts will appear in Gradient.
Note: We are working with the team at Halo to find a better workaround then removing the contractaul end dates from effected contracts.
