To leverage the latest sync improvements in HaloPSA, it is essential that your HaloPSA instance is upgraded to version 2.146 or newer. Ensure that the upgrade is completed by June 5, 2024 to avoid any disruptions to your Reconcile™ or Grow™ account. Delays in upgrading will impact your account's functionality and may prevent any synchronization with HaloPSA if not upgraded by June 5, 2024.
What's Included in HaloPSA Version 2.146?
HaloPSA version 2.146 includes new date filter options on the recurring invoice API endpoint, which are necessary for seamless synchronization with your Reconcile™ or Grow™ account.

Steps to Upgrade
If you want to take advantage of the latest HaloPSA sync improvements before June 5, 2024, please follow the steps below.
1. Check Current Version
Verify your current HaloPSA version by navigating to the "About" section. Click the help question mark button located at the top-right in your HaloPSA instance.
2. Request Upgrade
If your current version is below 2.146, contact the HaloPSA support team to request an upgrade to version 2.146 or newer. If you have a self-hosted instance of HaloPSA, you can upgrade to this version at any time.
3. Notify Gradient MSP Support
- Once the upgrade is complete, send an email to Gradient MSP support at support@meetgradient.com.
- In your email, please confirm that your HaloPSA instance has been upgraded to version 2.146 or newer and request early access to the sync improvements.
- Request that your account be upgraded to include the latest sync improvements.
