A step-by-step guide to getting started with the INKY Billing Integration.

  1. Login to Synthesize and navigate to the Integrations tab.
  2. Select the INKY integration card, and click Connect.
  3. Copy the Synthesize API Key. Note that each integration is assigned a unique Synthesize API Key. Save this key in a secure location. It will only be available once.
  4. Click Open Portal.
  5. This will open a new tab to the INKY site.
  6. Login to INKY.
  7. Navigate to Account Management.
  8. In the Select team dropdown, choose the team listed as "Company Name - All Teams."
  9. Click PSA Integration.
  10. Paste in your Synthesize API Key and click Validate and Save Now.
  11. Click Sync Data Now.
  12. Return to Synthesize and click Check Connection.
  13. Proceed to the next page to map your customers.
  14. Once you have mapped your customers, select next to map the service(s).

  15. Head back to INKY and press the Sync Data Now button. This brings the data together and enables the auto sync keeping the connection current. 
  16. Enable the checkbox for Automatically Sync Data to Gradient for a sync to run each night automatically.
  17. Return to Synthesize and press finish.
  18. Reconcile.
