July 26th - Release:

Bugs Squashed:

• • Assigning new Revenue to a contract sometimes would not display the list of contracts to choose from. This has been corrected. 

  • CSV importing had the option to move past the associate a vendor screen without making a selection causing errors. The logic has been updated to show the next button only when all selections required are chosen. 
  • Several updates to the Tigerpaw integration to improve overall end to end experience, along with better error reporting internally. 
    
    

July 19th - Release: 

Bugs Squashed:

• • Updated the Tigerpaw integration to no longer pull in agreements past the end date or that are inactive. Included in the update is improved error handling internally. 

  • Updated the Mailprotector integration link to load to the correct service mapping page.

  • Corrected an issue with the ConnectWise Manage integration that errored when the total quantity and the less included amount equaled the same. It now displays the correct number.

  • Corrected a syncing issue affecting some Accelo partners.

  • Some partners using surface pro 8 on edge with the magic link sign-in method no longer receive a mobile error. 

July 12th - Release: 

Features Released:

• • CloudBlue PSA is now available in beta release! 

Bugs Squashed:

• • Some new revenue cards were displayed without the assign to contract button. This has been corrected.

  • Corrected an issue where first-time users' overall profit and revenue were not displaying correctly. 

  • Fixed an issue with the Liongard integration where it was not pulling in quantities for all items. 

  • Corrected a UX issue where the Billing module tab did not display after manual sync.

July 5th - Release: 

Bugs Squashed:

• • Reports of Connectwise Manage users not seeing all service cards in the next billing cycle have been addressed.

  • Corrected an issue where profit numbers were showing red for some users.

  • Connectwise Manage quantity adjustment logic was reviewed due to an on-prem report of services cards not adjusting correctly.

  • We adjusted the zoom ratios, so our logo displays correctly on all screens.   

  • The next button was non-selectionalbe on the mapping page for some vendor integrations; this has been updated. 
  • Halo PSA API connection requirements received an update after reports that 'all' access would cause the connection to fail.
