Please Note: The Keeper-Gradient integration is only available to direct purchase partners on the consumption billing model. Customers who purchased from a distributor or certain channels will not see the Gradient integration.

Integration Information:

•Keeper Security bills by "Daily Average Usage". Keeper Security generates invoices on the first business day of the month for the previous month. For example, the August 1st invoice will be the "Daily Average Usage" between July 1 - July 31. Usage will be synced automatically to Gradient MSP either on the same day or the next.
• If you add a new Managed Company to Keeper, you are required to update account mappings in Synthesize after clicking "Sync Mappings" button in Keeper Security.
• Autotask PSA does not support decimal formats, and Synthesize will automatically round up or down to the nearest whole number when writing back to the PSA contract.
