A step-by-step guide to getting started with the Keeper Security Integration with Gradient

Please Note: The Keeper-Gradient integration is available only to direct purchase partners on a consumption billing model. Customers who purchased through a distributor or other channels will not see the Gradient integration.
Overview
Keeper Security Billing Model
- Daily Average Usage: Keeper bills based on the average usage per day.
- Invoices: Generated on the first business day of each month for the previous month.
- Example: The August 1 invoice covers Daily Average Usage from July 1 to July 31.
- Usage Sync: Data is automatically synced to Gradient MSP on the same or next day.
Adding a New Managed Company
- After adding a new Managed Company in Keeper, click Sync Mappings in Keeper Security.
- Then update your Account Mappings in Reconcile.
Autotask PSA Decimal Rounding
- Autotask PSA does not support decimal values.
- Synthesize rounds usage to the nearest whole number before writing back to the PSA contract.
How to Connect Keeper
To configure and connect the Keeper integration, please click to navigate to the following:
Connect the Integration
- Login to Reconcile and navigate to the Integrations tab.
- Select the Keeper Integration card, and click Connect.
- Generate and copy the Gradient API Key:
- Each integration is assigned a unique API Key.
- Save this key in a secure location—it will only be available once.
- Click Open Vendor Portal; This will open a new tab with Keeper.
- You may need to log in, then navigate to Configurations.
- On the Gradient MSP Integration card, click Setup.
- Paste your Gradient API Key into the modal.
- Click Test Connection, then Save.
- Return to Reconcile and click Next to finalize the mapping.
- After completing your mappings in Gradient, return to Keeper and click Sync Mapping. The integration card will display Connected with an update pending. Click Sync Mapping again to finalize. The card will update to Connected once the sync completes.

Map Accounts and Services
- When setting up the integration for the first time, accounts are automatically matched if there's an exact match between your vendor and PSA.
- For accounts not automatically matched:
- Use the filter button beside the account names on the right, or
- Use the search bar on the left to find PSA accounts.
- Drag and drop the PSA accounts from the left to match them with vendor accounts on the right.

Proceed to Service Mapping
- Once accounts are mapped, click "Next" to access the Service Mapping step.
- Align services or products from your PSA, displayed on the left, with the corresponding vendor services or SKUs on the right. For ConnectWise PSA users, search by Product ID.
- Ensure at least one account and one service mapping is completed to finish the configuration.
- After mapping the services, click "Next".

Finalize Configuration
- Review your service configurations and click "Finish" to complete the setup.
- This will initiate a sync. The "Sync Status" indicator at the top-right will start spinning, showing that a sync is in progress.
- Once the sync is complete, the "Refresh" button will light up pink, indicating the sync is complete. Click that button to see the vendor usage data populated.
- Use the filter or sort options to jump to the connected services and start reviewing and approving usage!
