May 25th - Release:

Bugs Squashed:

• • Corrected an issue where some new revenue cards would show with zero new revenue.

May 17th - Release: 

Bugs Squashed: 

• • During sign-in some users experienced a double Billable image. 

  • Liongard configuration mapping occasionally timed out preventing syncing
  • Corrected an issue for some Autotask users whose larger data quantity caused the syncs to stall
  • Pulseway received an update on how we read contracts improving some errors for a partner. 
  • Corrected a billing adjustment issue for Connectwise, some adjustments did not write back to the PSA correctly. Updated the logic around updating additions. 

• • Corrected our activity log to display accurate results. Previous was showing just the word 'multiple' 

Features Released:

• • Liongard Intergration

  • New login landing page with a video explainer 
  • CSV importing - hide mapped is now ON by default, and blank rows can now be included. 
  • CSV profiles can now be deleted directly in Billable. 

Bugs Squashed:

• • Some new users could not navigate to the reconciliation page as they completed their setup.

  • Magic Link Sign-in got some logic improvements as if an incorrect email was used; it wouldn't allow a second attempt. 
  • Assigning new revenue cards to a contract displayed a null dollar amount in Billable. This has been corrected. 
  • CSV imports logic was updated as some users experienced an issue where if a new revenue card was found on import, and they updated the CSV and reimported that card would not go away. 

May 3rd - Release: 

Bugs Squashed:

• • CSV imports that had not completed mapping could progress to upload, causing errors. 

  • Some users experienced difficulty assigning contracts to newly found revenue cards. 
  • Services with special characters such as hyphens or plus signs will now display in Billable. 
  • Magic Link sign in received some updates to its logic around case sensitivity
  • Users can again filter by contract type.
