Can I use my existing Reconcile™ account to sign in with MSP Studio+?
Not currently. That is a feature that we intend to offer in future releases. For now, they do have a separate login.
Can I add another user to my account?
At present, we do not support multi-user access. This feature will be released in a future version of the tool.
Can we use shared login to support multi-user access?
Yes, if the shared login (with licensed identities attached) has SSO capabilities, then it can be used to login. You will need to submit a support request to have the login associated with your account to the shared address.
Why do you only offer SSO Sign-in? How can I have others use this tool?
SSO is used as a secure way to authenticate into the tool.
We may add username and password logins at a future date.
