      A step-by-step guide to getting started with the Nodeware Billing Integration.

      Connecting the Nodeware Integration

      1. Connect the integration
      2. Map Accounts and Services
      3. Start the Sync
      4. Reconcile

      Disconnecting the Integration

      1. Disconnect the integration

      Step 1: Connect the Integration

        1. Login to Synthesize and navigate to the Integrations tab.
        2. Select the Nodeware integration card, and click Connect.
        3. Copy the Synthesize API Key. Note that each integration is assigned a unique Synthesize API Key. Save this key in a secure location. It will only be available once.
        4. Click Open Portal.
        5. This will open a new tab on the Nodeware site.
          Login to Nodeware.
        6. In the bottom left corner, click on your name and select Account
        7. Click Gradient MSP
        8. Paste in your Synthesize API Key and click Connect to API
          Once authenticated, you will see your Nodeware customers on the left. Select the appropriate Synthesize customer on the right to map them.
        9. Navigate back to Synthesize, select Check Connection, then click Next to proceed to the service mapping step.

        Step 2: Map Accounts and Services

        1. Map your accounts by dragging the card from Synthesize on the left to Nodeware on the right. When complete, press Next. 
          1. We have auto-mapped any that are exact matches. The remaining can be searched by pressing the filter button or typing in the Synthesize search bar. 
        2. Map your services by dragging the card from Synthesize on the left to Nodeware on the right. When complete, press Next. 
          1. Services can be searched by pressing the filter button or typing in the Synthesize search bar. 
        3. Review and Press Finish

        Step 3: Start the Sync

        1. Navigate back to Nodeware, and select Sync Asset Counts

        Step 4: Reconcile

        1. Return to Synthesize, Refresh your page, and Reconile!

        Disconnecting the Integration

        1. Login to Synthesize and navigate to the Integrations tab.
        2. Filter to Connected Integrations
        3. Select the Nodeware Integration card, and click Configure. 
        4. Press Disconnect and Confirm.

        Disconnecting this integration will remove the authentication settings and all account and service mapping. You can reconnect this integration, but you will need to remap your account and services.
