Feature Enhancements

 

This release comes with a whole slew of feature updates and enhancements!

  • We have consolidated some of the options for altering the view of the Reconcile page into a single button on the action bar titled "Table Options", which will allow you to adjust column and list settings

  • You can now Approve or Dismiss all items in a given group if you are using the Group By settings
  • While viewing the Details page of a given item line, you can now directly input negative numbers in the count adjustment box
  • Improved options and flexibility to the resolution and scaling of the Reconcile and importing pages
  • When exporting your dashboard to CSV, an option to export only Filtered data has been added, to refine your CSV and book-keeping experience
  • The Effective Date of Approvals is now tracked in the Activity Log
  • A fresh new login page
  • And many minor alignment, wording, and layout of much of the Gradient experience!

New Features

 

  • Users can now default their effective date to the first of the current month instead of the next billing period. To adjust this, navigate to Settings > Data Settings, and select the Reconciliation tab at the top.
  • A setting has been added that allows users to set only mapped contracts to show up on their dashboard, to reduce potential clutter from unmapped items on the Reconcile page.
  • This option is Off by default. To enable it, navigate to Settings > Data Settings, and select the Reconciliation tab at the top.

Bugs Squashed

 
We covered off a dozen or so bugs this time around.
  • Users should encounter old, cached data less often, specifically in the Sync Status menu
  • Some errors around card approval have been addressed
  • Errors where syncs were running too often or not often enough after a sync date was set in the Data Settings menu have been fixed
  • Some server disconnect issues have been fixed
  • Several integrations had minor bugs fixed
