  • Advanced Config updates!

    The mapping logic and sync behavior for the Advanced Config menu has been upgraded, and the visibility settings on inactive vendor services and accounts have been updated and improved to ensure as accurate and smooth of a mapping experience as possible.
  • UI tooltip updates 

    Numerous tooltips have been added and fleshed out to assist new users in navigation and reconciliation
  • New Vendor integration in Beta: Cork!

    Cork is now a beta integration that partners can set up and use in Gradient! We are looking for any feedback users can give us on their experience with the new integration, so once you've had a chance to use it please don't hesitate to contact support with your insights!
  • Sync Optimizations!

    Syncs have been given a facelift and should be running faster and smoother than ever.

Bugs Squashed

 
Bug smashing was a chief concern this time around, and below you can find a list of some of the 30 bugs we released fixes for
  • Less-used CSV imports should no longer run into import issues relating to last years old import files
  • Token-locking should no longer cause issues in Pax8
  • NinjaOne, Sonicwall, and Pax8 all had potential sync issues cleared away
  • Export CSV's had some missing-value issues corrected
  • A few UI issues that popped up for certain users with very small displays were addressed
  • Advanced Config and Activity Log UI displays were given some upgrades to assist with accurate date and mapping display
  • Rare double-mapping and overwrite issues were identified and addressed
