Hotfixes
- Made improvements to logging in Pax8 syncs for various partners
- Addressed an issue with property syncing for some partners that had caused some crashes
Bugs squashed
The following issues have all been resolved and are live. If you are still having a concern that is mentioned here please do not hesitate to contact support.
- ConnectWise Manage has some issues addressed that caused account mappings to occasionally drop
- Fixed an issue with ConnectWise Manage causing counts to sometimes appear as New Revenue when they were not
- Addressed a false error report that sometimes popped up when approving many items at once in bulk
- Fixed an issue with the Barracuda integration that sometimes caused it to falsely show as successfully connected when the API URL was incorrect
- Made several improvements to the Pax8 sync to address timeout issues as well as improving the reliability of a successful sync of arrears counts
- Cleared up an issue that occasionally arose on the Service Mapping page that caused some items not to populate
- Made improvements to several pages alignments
- Fixed an issue where SentinelOne would sometimes fail to show up as a connected integration in the Sync Status menu
- Addressed an issue with the HaloPSA sync failing for certain partners
- Fixed an issue with search bars in the mapping screens that prevented certain names from populating if they had special characters in the second character position
- Fixed an issue in MSPStudio+ where scheduled posts sometimes disappeared
- Fixed an issue in MSPStudio+ where multiple user access sometimes didn't work
- Made several improvements to graphic resolution in MSPStudio+
