Date and Localization Settings
We've added a new Date Format Preference setting so partners can choose the format that dates are shown in. Partners can navigate to Settings > Data Settings > Other tab to adjust their setting to their local or preferred layout.
Advanced Config Mapping expanded to the Integrations mapping pages
We have upgraded the mapping pages of all Integrations to the more user-friendly Advanced Config style, so that partners can now use the highly readable layout of Advanced Config Mapping even with their initial integration set-up!
New Default Effective Date Setting
For partners with an abundance of arrears billing, we have added a new Default Effective Date option of "1st date of previous month". This can be set by navigating to Settings > Data Settings > Reconciliation tab and selecting that option from the dropdown menu.
New Year, New Look!
We have adjusted many of the colors around the Gradient app! Check out our slick new look throughout the app!
Expand IQ
We've consolidated information from our previous "Vendor Data Explorer" page into the new Expand IQ page, where you can filter and browse your current contract line margins with a variety of handy filters.
Additionally, you can easily spot revenue expansion opportunities on the 'Expansion Potential' tab, where we display potential service offerings that may be available to customers already on in your PSA, and what kind of revenue you may be able to secure in with those additional service sales.
Vendor Integrations
Our DNSFilter integration is now able to support the syncing and reconciliation of Roaming Clients! This long-awaited and highly-requested functionality is live in the tool now, and partners should be able to get their Roaming Client data after their next sync of the DNSFilter integration.
Bugs Squashed
This release saw a handful of fixes for some bugs impacting our partners:
- We addressed a rare issue that caused some costs not to show up on the Cost Reconciliation tab
- We fixed a few issues and also enhanced the general flow of the process for syncing Arrears services in the Pax8 integration. Arrears services should no longer become inactive if a Pax8 sync comes back with no data for that service, and instead we will cache the previous sync with count data for that service so that your dashboard remains as up-to-date as possible
- We cleared up a small issue with new Datto BCDR accounts sometimes not fetching properly
- Fixed an issue with some billing items not properly updating with Autotask
- Addressed a rare situation that could lead to New Revenue approvals failing to push to the PSA
- Fixed an issue that was causing some billing lines from Autotask or CW to return prematurely to the dashboard after being reconciled.
