New Features

 

File Import Enhancements
  • We have renamed "CSV Import" to "File Import" for better clarity. Users now have two options for handling data—"Replace previous import" or "Add to previous import"—offering greater control over how imported data is presented for approval. Additionally, improvements to the file import wizard help prevent accidental changes to header rows, reducing errors.
  • Replaced existing Data will be greyed out on initial creation of a profile
  • When proceeding to the next stage, it will confirm the settings here for maximum understanding and visibility.
  • A pop up will occur to confirm your header row before you proceed to the next step to avoid accidental header change.
List View Enhancements
  • Users can now stretch and resize columns for a customized viewing experience. Column pinning enables freezing one or more columns to the left, making it easier to work with extensive data sets. Additionally, the approval and dismissal action buttons have been improved, replacing the hover-based interaction with a clear and accessible button-click functionality.
  • You can pin multiple columns
  • Pinned columns will always move the the far left - in this way, users can customize the order of their columns
  • Changing different grouping options will “reset” pins to avoid causing issues
  • All pins and stretching is saved in session information for each user and persists
Flexible Syncing Options
  • Previously, sync settings were limited to either a weekly automated sync or manual sync by the user. Now, users can customize sync schedules for both vendor integrations and PSA syncs, selecting from recurring date-based, weekly, or manual-only sync options. These settings can also be configured separately for vendor and PSA syncs, allowing for greater flexibility in the billing process.
Integration Page Improvements
  • The integration management page now features a tabbed navigation system for improved organization. Users can easily switch between connected integrations, available integrations, pending connections, and beta integrations. A new search bar further enhances discoverability, making it easier to find specific integrations quickly.
Persistent Filters & Settings
  • Users no longer need to reset filters, column widths, or pinned columns with each session. These settings are now saved per user, ensuring a consistent and personalized experience across visits.

Notable Updates


Webroot

Webroot has been converted to Typescript, allowing for much faster syncs and thus fixing some timeout errors as well as count errors that were caused by lagging data transfers.


Bugs Squashed

This release saw the addressing of a handful of integration specific bugs, as well as issues with Proration in ConnectWise and contract lines sometimes erroneously failing to update.

  • Issue where prorated values would sometimes stack with their main SKU twice in ConnectWise fixed

  • Sophos and Proofpoint nested quantities should pull through correctly now

  • On-Prem socket related timeouts for some partners should no longer occur
