New Features
Error Column

- There is a new column in Reconcile that is a preparation for more advanced error notification features.
- If an error occurs when a user attempts to update a billing item to the PSA, it will now show an error icon on the card or in the column in the list view. For now this will notify the user to check the error log for details.
Notable Updates
- Acronis, Auvik, and Ninja RMM integrations have been converted on the backend to typescript. This is making our integrations at least 10x faster for syncing!! All of our integrations will be eventually converted to this new framework over the coming months.
- We have updated the text on the website and knowledge base to reflect the product name changes. Synthesize is now Reconcile and Stack tracker is Grow.
- An Intermedia V2 integration has been released to connect with Intermedia's new API now that their old API is nearing it deprecation. Users are encouraged to swap to the new Intermedia V2 integration and let us know if they run into any issues.
Bugs squashed
The following issues have all been resolved and are live. If you are still having a concern that is mentioned here please do not hesitate to contact support.
- Issue with Autotask missing some contracts for users has been resolved
- The Autotask integration should no longer duplicate some contract lines in Gradient
- Autotask New found revenue cards should no longer appear 1 day later than expected
- CSV users will no longer randomly be redirected to a error page
- User Interface sort options will no longer reset when each action is taken
- HaloPSA integration will do a better job of keeping track of a contracts active/inactive status
- N-Able Cove authentication failures have been dealt with, and the issue with the integration suffering crashes while fetching invoices in rare instances has been resolved
- DattoBCDR has had its services category adjusted so the full suite of services should now always show for mapping
- Wasabi has had some authentication failure issues resolved
- Additional user validation has been added to the SonicWall integration to address changes on the vendor side
- The box in the lower right hand quarter of the Details page will now always accept manual count adjustments
- Vendor and Account mappings will no longer disappear from the Advanced Config page if one or the other side of the mapping becomes inactive
- As well as a few minor UI adjustments
Hotfixes
Hotfix for some items showing no change in error was released.
- A Liongard issue owing to an outdated versioning was addressed
- A Halo bug resulting in the occasional missing service line was released
- An Auvik bug involving parent accounts not properly syncing was released
