Message to use a laptop or a desktop

You receive a message about using a laptop or desktop, but you are on a laptop or desktop.

Currently, Gradient is designed to work on a desktop or laptop. At this time, we are not optimized for mobile devices. If you receive this message and use a laptop or desktop, it is likely due to your screen resolution.  

We support screen widths of 1200px or above.  

Steps to Resolve: 
  1. You can adjust your screen resolution to account for this, refresh the page, and you should be able to proceed.
  2. If it is not your resolution, ensure that the window width you view the page in meets the 1200px threshold. Expand the window size and refresh it, and you should be able to proceed. 

If not, please reach out to support. When you open your support ticket, please let us know the error you are getting and the steps you have taken.
