Major Releases

Synthesize: Refactored Data Sync Experience and Consistency

One of the main areas we have been working tirelessly on the last few weeks is an overall improvement to the speed and consistency of syncing data from dozens of vendors and PSAs.  When it comes to billing, accuracy is king and ensuring this data is fast and trustworthy is crucial.  To that end, the following changes have been made for our partners:

Data Integrity and Confidence

  • Syncing vendors or PSAs now safely lock and validate data much better than before to ensure actions taken are as accurate as possible.

Real-time Display

  • Your data in list or card view, is completely overhauled to provide a faster experience, drastically reducing issues with challenges arising from multi-vendor mapping, or complex contract structures.

Improved Refresh

  • An overall improved experience for refreshing data, it's faster, easier, and more relevant.  Your new data pulled from your various vendor integrations without the confusion around how and when a refresh is needed.
