Can I use my existing Synthesize™ account to sign in with StackTracker™?

No, while both Synthesize™ and StackTracker™ are products of GradientMSP, they operate on separate datasets at this time.

I changed my PSA; how can I update it in StackTracker™?

Changing PSAs involves closing the current account and establishing a new connection with the new PSA. To initiate this process, please reach out to our support team.

I added new accounts in my PSA, but they're not appearing in StackTracker™.

Ensure that the accounts are marked as active during the specified time period. Additionally, perform a fresh sync of account data by navigating to Sync Status > PSA > Start Quick Sync. After the sync is finished, you should be able to see the newly added accounts.

How can I connect multiple instances for a single vendor?

At present, we do not support multiple connections per vendor.
