Connecting the Traitware Integration
Disconnecting the Traitware Integration
Step 1: Connect the Integration
- Login to Synthesize and navigate to the Integrations tab.
- Select the Traitware integration card, and click Connect.
- Copy the Synthesize API Key. Note that each integration is assigned a unique Synthesize API Key. Save this key in a secure location. It will only be available once.
- Click Open Portal.
- This will open a new tab on the Traitware site.
- Login to Traitware
- Navigate to Settings
- Insert the Synthesize API Key from Step 3 and click Submit
- Next, Navigate to the Customers tab and press Create Account next to each customer you wish to connect
- Return to Synthesize and press check connection
- Click next and proceed to Map your customers
Step 2: Map Accounts and Services
- Map your accounts by dragging the card from Synthesize on the left to Traitware on the right. When complete, press Next.
- We have auto-mapped any that are exact matches. The remaining can be searched by pressing the filter button or typing in the Synthesize search bar.
- Map your services by dragging the card from Synthesize on the left to Traitware on the right. When complete, press Next.
- Services can be searched by pressing the filter button or typing in the Synthesize search bar.
- Review and Press Finish
Step 3: Start the Sync
- Return to Traitware, navigate to the Customers tab and press sync next to each customer you want to update.
- Return to Gradient and click the Finish button.
Step 4: Reconcile
- Return to Synthesize, Refresh your page, and Reconile!
Disconnecting the Integration
- Login to Synthesize and navigate to the Integrations tab.
- Filter to Connected Integrations
- Select the Traitware Integration card, and click Configure.
- Press Disconnect and Confirm.
Disconnecting this integration will remove the authentication settings and all account and service mapping. You can reconnect this integration, but you will need to remap your account and services.
