With so many integrations to choose from, you might wonder how to get them all set up! What happens to my vendor-integrated data when the next billing cycle starts?

When a new billing cycle starts or we receive updated numbers from the PSA, we will use the last vendor billing we have on record to display.  This is because vendor billings can be received at various times throughout a billing cycle. 

If your vendor integration can be pushed on demand, it is recommended to ensure a fresh sync before reconciling. 

 

I have more than one instance for a vendor. Can I connect two different instances? 

Sometimes, companies might have a portal for regular customers and one for monitoring, or simply two for any reason.  In this case, you can connect one using a direct connection, and the other you could build a custom integration. Don't worry. We can help!
