A step-by-step guide to getting started with the YouAttest billing integration with Gradient MSP.

 Connecting the YouAttest Integration

  2. Map Accounts and Services
  3. Start the Sync
  4. Reconcile 

Disconnecting the YouAttest Integration

  1. Disconnect the integration

Step 1: Connect the Integration

 

  1. Login to Synthesize and navigate to the Integrations tab. 
  2. Select the YouAttest Integration card, and click Connect.
  3. Choose what you want to integrate, and select Continue.  
  4. Generate and copy the Gradient API Token. Note that each integration is assigned a unique API token. Save this token in a secure location. It will only be available once.
  5. Click on the open vendor portal button - This will open a new browser tab with YouAttest.
  6. Paste in your Gradient API Token and click update. 
  7. The list of tenants will load. Select the tenants to sync and press Sync Now. 
    1. They will then display a connected status. 
  8. Return to Gradient and Press Next to complete the service and account mapping. 

Step 2: Map Accounts and Services

 

  1. Map your accounts by dragging the card from Synthezie on the left to YouAttest on the right. When complete, press Next. 
    1. We have auto-mapped any that are exact matches. The remaining can be searched by pressing the filter button or typing in the Synthezie search bar. 
  2. Map your services by dragging the card from Synthezie on the left to YouAttest on the right. When complete, press Next. 
    1. Services can be searched by pressing the filter button or typing in the Synthezie search bar. 
  3. Review and Press Finish

 

Step 3: Start the Sync

YouAttest will start the sync on the 1st of the next calendar month. 

  1. Wait for the 1st of the month when the sync will show completed results. 
  2. Return on or after the 1st of the month to reconcile 
      

The integration will show as pending until the numbers have been pushed on the 1st of the month. Don't worry!! This is expected. 

Step 4: Reconcile

  1. When the sync has been completed on the first of the month, Login to Synthesize and Reconile. 



 


Disconnecting the Integration

  1. Login to Synthesize and navigate to the Integrations tab.
  2. Filter to Connected Integrations
  3. Select the YouAttest Integration card, and click Configure. 
  4. Press Disconnect and Confirm.

Disconnecting this integration will remove the authentication settings and all account and service mapping. You can reconnect this integration, but you will need to remap your account and services.
