      Zorus

      A step-by-step guide to getting started with the Zorus Integration.

      For support with the integration, contact Zorus here:

      Connect the Integration

      1. Select the Zorus integration card, and click Connect.
      2. Copy the Gradient API Key. Note that each integration is assigned a unique API Key. Save this key in a secure location. It will only be available once.
      3. Click Open Portal.
      4. This will open a new tab on the Zorus site.
      5. Login to Zorus, Navigate to Billing -> Gradient MSP and paste in your API Key. 
      6. Click Sync Data Now.
        Return to Gradient and click Next.
      7. Proceed to the next page to map your customers.

      Map Accounts and Services.

      1. We have auto-mapped any accounts that are exact matches. The remaining can be searched by pressing the filter button or typing in the search bar. 
      2. Review and Press Finish

        Step 3: Start the Sync

        1. Head back to Zorus and press the Sync Data Now button.
