2026-06-25 - Release notes

MCP Server is here, Microsoft is out of Beta and more...

New Features

MCP Server (V1)!

You can now connect your favourite AI assistant directly to your Gradient data. The new MCP Server lets tools like Claude Code, Claude Desktop, and Microsoft Copilot read your Reconcile and Microsoft reconciliation data using plain-language questions, so you can ask things like which services changed this month or how a given account reconciled without leaving your assistant.

This first version is read-only and org-locked to keep your data safe. To get started, create a key under Settings > Data Settings > API Keys, then copy the connection snippet for your assistant. Step-by-step instructions appear in-app the moment you create your key.

For the full walkthrough, including setup, security, and example questions, see our article here:

The Microsoft Module is out of Beta!

Our Microsoft Module has graduated from Beta and is now generally available to all partners. The Beta label is gone, and the module is a fully supported part of Gradient. Thank you to everyone who tested it and sent feedback along the way.

Microsoft Module Quality of Life Improvements!

Alongside the move out of Beta, we made a round of quality-of-life improvements to the Microsoft Module:

  • Added the ability to roll back an effective-date change, giving you more control when adjusting Microsoft subscription dates
  • Added a friendlier display name for the Microsoft Teams Enterprise (New) SKU so it is easier to recognize at a glance
  • Refined the To-Do and All filters based on partner feedback for a smoother experience when moving between views

Pax8 Integration Rebuild!

We rebuilt our Pax8 integration from the ground up to make syncs faster and more reliable. The rebuild brings improved authentication, better handling of large data pulls, and richer service detail behind the scenes, so partners on Pax8 should see steadier, more dependable syncs going forward. No action is needed on your end.

Bugs Squashed

This release saw a handful of fixes for some bugs impacting our partners:

  • Resolved an issue in the Microsoft Module where delegated admin (GDAP) relationships could fail to load, which prevented some subscriptions from syncing
  • Fixed a ConnectWise issue where prices on some agreement items could change unexpectedly
  • Addressed a sync error with the Intermedia integration that could result in missing data
  • Fixed a problem that prevented some MSP Studio+ users from logging in
