Microsoft Pax8 Enhancements!

Our Microsoft Pax8 integration now auto-maps PSA mappings for the Microsoft integration, speeding up the set-up time for partners who have an existing Pax8 integration and are adding the Microsoft module!

Reconcile Enhancements!

We've made a few quality-of-life changes to our main Reconcile dashboard:

  • Partners can now manually adjust the quantity in the Details Modal of a given service line, not just use the up/down arrows to increase or decrease a count before approval
  • Hover info boxes have been added to several spots in the Details Modal to add additional context for contract data
  • New Tags will now be automatically applied to the item they were created on

Bugs Squashed

This release saw a handful of fixes for some bugs impacting our partners:

  • Fixed an error with the SaaSAlerts integration that was caused by API changes upstream
  • Addressed an issue with DattoSaaS that could result in duplicated accounts
  • Changed some internal logic in order to better handle duplicated contract lines from Autotask
  • Made changes to the Sophos integration to accommodate a service name changes in Sophos
  • Addressed a Halo issue where counts would rarely revert after approval
  • Fixed an issue with the KnowBe4 integration that would cause it to show a successful sync even when failing
  • Fixed an error that could cause accounts to show as inactive and active at the same time
