Changing to a new PSA

Switching to a new PSA is a lot of work, but we're here to help you get your dashboard back online after the move

Switching to a new PSA will require you to close out your current account and open a new one in Gradient. However you will be able to re-use the same credentials you always have, and our support line is always available to help.

Follow these steps to get your Gradient account set up with a new PSA:


  1. Close out your existing account, as detailed here.
  2. Once you are back on the login page, simply login using the same credentials you always have.
  3. You will be prompted to choose a new PSA, and will need to go through the process of setting up that integration just like you did the first time you created your account. Guides for setting up your integration with each of our supported PSA's can be found here.
  4. Once your PSA is set up, you are free to set up your vendor integrations. Guides to setting up each of our vendor integrations are available here.


And that's it! You're back in business!
