How do I switch my PSA?

Has your company recently switched PSA's and do you need to update your connection to Synthesize?

Switching your PSA with Gradient is easy!

To switch your account, you first must cancel the account.

Once cancelled, you will be redirected to the login page, where you can sign up again using the same email and your new PSA connection. 

We require that you cancel your account because your current PSA will have unique data for each Account, Contract, and Service. Even though these names may be the same in the new PSA, the back-end data is completely different.
