UI/UX Makeover!
This new update is really designed to:
- Provide a more intuitive and friendly overall navigation experience
- More efficient design for the space that matters - our partners data!
- Flexible design for future enhancements
- Consistent UI (Button placement, modal use, card format)
You will now find many of the links and buttons that previously existed in different places around Gradient have been condensed into a single side bar with all your navigation needs.
- Billing Reconciliation - This is your standard Reconcile™ dashboard
- Vendor Data Explorer - For our partners utilizing Grow™, this will take you to the Grow Dashboard.
- Data Sources - This link will give you the choice of going to the Direct Integration page, where all your non-Import integrations can be viewed, or the File Import page, where CSV and other Import Integrations are kept.
- Reporting - Here you can find the Activity Log, where you can track your previous Vendor and PSA syncs as well as lines/cards you have actioned off your Dashboard.
- Settings - Here you can access Data Settings, where you can control how often your account runs Vendor and PSA syncs, and your Account Settings, where you can fill in your companies information, adjust your billing, and manage additional users on the account.
- Support and Training - Here you can access our Knowledge Base for information about all things Gradient!
Note: The Data Settings and Account Settings pages are also still available by selecting your name in the top right corner of the screen.
The Action Bar
- Simple/List View will swap you between Card View and List View
- Filters lets you adjust the Filters for your dashboard view
- Group By changes your sort option
- Columns lets you set which columns you wish to see
- Export Button lets you export your Dashboard as a CSV
- Approve is used to push Approvals or Changes to any highlighted cards/lines
- Set Effective Date is used when you with to Approve a change with a different date(such as a proration)
- Clear removes any other view settings
- Added in a great little "Review" piece at the final step of the file import
- The activity log now has a log of File import success/failure

Bugs Squashed
This release saw the addressing of a few integration specific bugs for Liongard and Ingram Micro, as well as some visual bugs that have popped up in a few places.
- Liongard sync should no longer show services in a perpetually syncing state on review page
- Ingram Micro will now correctly aggregate PO counts
- Data Sync date will now correctly show as the selected date instead of the 28th of the month
- Fixed some issues with visuals at certain resolution scales
- New integrations will not run a sync while you are on the mapping screen syncs will never clear unmapped account or service items while you are still on the mapping screen.
- Sync Status will show in error less often when it the sync itself is not actually erroring.
- RocketCyber should not fail to sync due to accounts that are missing names in the Kaseya portal.
